We are equipped with high tech tape line extrusions with an output of 35 Metric tons/Day with high speed winders. We are capable to manufacture PP tapes from 400 Denier to 3000 Denier with different colors and shades as per customer’s requirement.
CIRCULAR LOOMS
We are equipped with latest circular weaving machines with an output of 3,50,000 meters/ day. We are capable to manufacture tubular fabric, center slit, side slits and gusseted fabrics range from 12 Inches to 60 Inches in tubular form.
LAMINATION/COATING LINE BAG CONVERSION SYSTEM
We are capable to manufacture sandwich lamination of Woven Fabric – Non Woven Fabric, Woven Fabric – BOPP Film lamination, Woven Fabric – Paper, Single and Double Side Lamination.
We are equipped with high speed bag conversion line with a production capacity of 1,00,000 bags / day.
AUTOMATIC PRINTING
We are equipped with latest automatic both side printing with a production capacity printing 1,20,000 bags /day with range from single color to Six color.
